Intimate Backyard Wedding

Our dear friends for more than a decade are married! it was an honor to witness their commitment to one another on this day. Wanting to keep this time as simple and intimate as possible, they opted for a vow exchange in their backyard with only their parents and daughter present. When I arrived, with a bucket of flowers cut from my garden, we sat together and assembled the arrangements and bouquets, watched and waited for the light to get to the just the right spot, while my husband waited to officiate and enjoy company with the groom. As the golden sun began to set, casting its warm glow across the picturesque backyard, I found myself with camera in hand, eagerly anticipating the start of our friends' small, intimate wedding. The subtle scent of blooming flowers mingled with the excited chatter of loved ones, creating an enchanting atmosphere.

With every click of my camera, I endeavored to capture the stolen glances and joyful tears that made this celebration so extraordinary. With each snapshot, I sought to immortalize the genuine connections and love that surrounded this intimate gathering. As the night unfolded, laughter filled the air while they twirled and embraced beneath the setting sun, and I knew capturing these peaceful, tender, and beautiful moments would be remembered forever. It’s experiences like these that I hold dear and never forget, the moments so completely their own.
