As a kid who moved around before the cell phone and social media eras, I naturally became good at letter writing. In fact, we had pen pals in grade school, which was the best experience that still lingers with me. As an adult, I don’t write nearly as many letters as I’d like, but I do find time to send a card to a loved one, a new friend, or client. It can be a quick thoughtful note or a longer one, but a this small act of kindness never goes unappreciated. This is one of those little joys in life that adds up and is long remembered.
